The Central Iowa Apartment Alliance is the leading advocate for quality rental housing in Iowa. As the only NAA affiliate in Iowa, CIAA offers the finest in industry-focused education. You can only find NAA accredited designations such as CAM (Certified Apartment Manager),  NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional), and CAS (Certified Apartment Supplier) through CIAA. Getting involved in your industry is fun! There are several committees that you can serve on and help with fun events like the golf outing and the Trade Show. If you're into legislative issues, the Legislative Committee can always use input and help spreading the work on important legislation that affects our industry.
